Bilingual Sales Assistant

About the role

Join a passionate team at Quirch Foods where you will support the full supply‑chain process and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This bilingual position works closely with sales, account management and internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience and engage customers to drive organic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of service actions and communications.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences and events.
• Assist the Account Executive with account management tasks.
• Enter and update order data, resolve promotional allowances, rebates and pricing discrepancies.
• Contact customers directly when needed and support them with new and existing orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order coordination, delivery and reporting.
• Provide data and reports to the sales team and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer‑service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Willingness to travel 10–30% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
