Bilingual Retail District Manager – Retail Coverage Merchandisers

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish & English) leader to oversee a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. The District Manager will act as the primary liaison between our company, clients, and customers, ensuring high‑impact in‑store performance across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development for the merchandising team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the business model, client expectations, and work processes.
• Spend at least 50% of time in‑store to understand project requirements and drive results.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely, high‑quality completion.
• Assign work, audit progress, resolve issues, and allocate resources as needed.
• Analyze selling effectiveness, identify training needs, and balance store coverage.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting, and activity tracking.
• Communicate territory priorities using internal technology platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading retail or merchandising teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and client expectations.
