About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic, bilingual professionals to represent its home‑improvement brand in retail locations across Miami‑Dade County. As a Retail Brand Ambassador you will engage customers, showcase products, and drive sales while delivering the company’s promise of a hassle‑free renovation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services during in‑store marketing events, trade shows, and customer appointments.
• Deliver compelling, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise, and customer care.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand consistently across multiple store locations.
• Track leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confident public speaker who thrives on human interaction.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
