Bilingual Retail Brand Ambassador (Miami‑Dade)

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic, bilingual professionals to represent its home‑improvement brand in retail locations across Miami‑Dade County. As a Retail Brand Ambassador you will engage customers, showcase products, and drive sales while delivering the company’s promise of a hassle‑free renovation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s windows, baths, closets and exterior upgrades during in‑store marketing campaigns, events and trade shows.
• Deliver compelling, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise and customer care.
• Assist prospective and existing clients in selecting solutions that fit their needs and budget.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at each location.
• Travel between multiple store sites in Kendall, Homestead, Cutler Ridge, Miami Lakes and Doral as required.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confident public speaker who thrives on human interaction.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends; part‑time candidates must commit to 20‑25 hours per week.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
