About the role

This full‑time position is a mission‑driven nursing role in Chicago Lawn, IL. You will provide compassionate care to women facing pregnancy decisions, integrating medical services with spiritual support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality patient care following core values and SOPs.
• Perform pregnancy and STD testing, dispense STD treatment, and conduct limited OB ultrasounds per clinic protocol.
• Take health histories, provide scripted nursing information, and guide patients through pregnancy‑options consultations and spiritual assessments.
• Close out appointments with next‑step documentation, manage follow‑up protocols, and handle difficult conversations with grace.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes, maintain professionalism with external agencies, and attend mandatory yearly ultrasound training.

Required profile

• Practicing Christian who affirms the organization’s faith statements and core values.
• Holder of an active Illinois RN license and BLS certification.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willing to uphold a life‑affirming philosophy and never refer a patient to abortion.

Required skills

• Ultrasound operation and interpretation.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Registered Nursing licensure (Illinois).
• STD testing and treatment protocols.
