About the role

We are a plaintiff‑focused law firm based in El Segundo, California, seeking a bilingual paralegal to support our litigation team. The role involves translating, drafting, and managing case documents for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client communications during meetings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• File and serve legal documents in state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
• Independently draft complaints, discovery requests, motions, and mediation briefs.
• Prepare routine legal documents and maintain organized electronic case files.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (or another second language) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience with court filing procedures; appellate court experience is a plus.
