Bilingual Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant Solutions

About the role

Fiserv is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Representative to join its Restaurant Solutions field team in College Point, Queens, NY. You will promote the Clover cloud‑based point‑of‑sale platform and BentoBox online ordering tools to independent restaurant owners, helping them modernize operations and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and engage restaurant owners through face‑to‑face meetings, primarily within the Restaurant Depot network.
• Demonstrate the value of Clover POS and BentoBox solutions, tailoring presentations to each client’s needs.
• Convert leads into customers using consultative selling techniques and achieve sales quotas.
• Install Clover systems on‑site and provide hands‑on training to ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, scheduling follow‑up visits and support.
• Travel throughout the College Point area to meet prospects and partners.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of quota‑driven, self‑sourced sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for client appointments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Clover POS system.
• Familiarity with BentoBox online ordering platform.
