Bilingual Outside Sales Representative (EN/ES)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to join a FASTSIGNS franchise. In this role you will meet with business owners and decision‑makers across a variety of industries, identify their signage and graphics needs, and propose tailored solutions that enhance their workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking and face‑to‑face visits.
• Conduct on‑site consultations, assess client requirements and present customized proposals.
• Maintain a database of qualified leads and track all sales activities in the company’s Contact Manager system.
• Prepare and follow up on estimates, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Support the center’s front counter as needed and collaborate with the team to achieve territory goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision‑makers in consultative conversations.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable with a territory‑based sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or contact management tool to record sales activities.
