About the role

The Eagle County Public Health and Environment is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Nurse Home Visitor to join its Healthy Families team. This full‑time position (30‑40 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling, the possibility of remote work, and the chance to build therapeutic relationships with families across Eagle County.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based home visiting services using the Nurse‑Family Partnership model.
• Collaborate on broader community health initiatives and respond to emerging public health needs.
• Travel to clients’ homes throughout Eagle County and attend weekly meetings at the Eagle office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri).
• Commitment to health equity and culturally responsive care.
