Bilingual Frontline Recruiter

About the role

ABM is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join its Frontline Talent Acquisition team. This high‑volume position focuses on hiring janitorial staff for the NYC and Northeast markets and operates on a hybrid schedule (in‑office Monday‑Thursday).

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage candidates through phone, email, text, job fairs, networking, and online platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks.
• Process background, drug‑screen, and motor‑vehicle paperwork using ABM‑approved systems.
• Publish recruiting materials and job ads on internal and external channels.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, pre‑employment screening, and onboarding actions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, filing systems, and reporting on lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Address employment‑related inquiries from hiring managers, internal clients, and job seekers.
• Participate in special projects and represent ABM at job fairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
