Bilingual French/English Telemarketer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated bilingual French/English Telemarketer to generate new sales leads and promote our precision instrument products and service contracts. You will engage prospects through outbound calls, nurture relationships, and support targeted marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to inform them about products and services.
• Enter and pursue sales leads generated from website visits and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through informative dialogue.
• Maintain account and contact information in our CRM system.
• Track all outbound and inbound calls in SAP, recording customer and product details.
• Actively drive revenue through planned direct sales activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales operations experience.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Prior experience with SAP or a CRM system is preferred.
