Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

Centah is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to join its call center team in Fort Lauderdale. The position is hybrid – after a two‑week in‑office onboarding you may work from home, provided you live within driving distance of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests.
• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication on every interaction.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing guidelines and procedures.
• Explain processes, answer questions, and provide information to clients.
• Follow quality standards and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call‑center or retail environment (preferred).
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Standard French (no Creole).
• Ability to multitask on phone, computer, and keyboard simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm (preferred).
• Pass a background check.
• Reside within commuting distance of the Fort Lauderdale office.
