Bilingual French-English Customer Service Specialist (Full-time)

About the role

Join Melaleuca’s growing call‑center team as a French‑English Customer Service Specialist. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels valued while supporting the company’s wellness mission.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls professionally and courteously.
• Log detailed notes for each interaction and review logs to find resolutions.
• Forward shipping, product, or credit issues to the appropriate department.
• Process reshipments, refunds, and address corrections, including issuing prepaid labels.
• Answer basic product and service questions and assist other teams with returns and credit issues.
• Transfer specialized requests to the correct service groups.
• Apply company policies consistently to determine resolutions.
• Track shipments via UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and international carriers.
• Manage on‑call and off‑call time, supporting peak periods and month‑end tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping.
