Bilingual French Customer Support Representative – Automotive

About the role

Join Percepta’s Mahwah team as a Bilingual French Customer Support Representative supporting Volvo Car USA. You will deliver world‑class assistance to vehicle owners through multiple communication channels while coordinating towing and roadside services.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch towing and roadside assistance for Volvo owners.
• Provide omnichannel support (voice, email, chat, SMS) to answer product, service, and purchase inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and escalate complex cases to senior staff.
• Document interactions accurately in Volvo’s proprietary software.
• Report trends or concerns to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and oral assessments required).
• At least one year of customer‑service call handling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Comfort with typing quickly and accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Volvo’s proprietary software for case documentation.
