Bilingual French Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

CBRE is seeking a bilingual French/English Customer Service Coordinator to join its remote call‑center team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, email and online portals while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming service requests across multiple channels and respond to customer questions.
• Escalate issues when necessary and generate work orders for resolution.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Update databases, spreadsheets and produce ad‑hoc reports for review.
• Suggest process improvements and model CBRE RISE values for the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and basic math skills (percentages, discounts, mark‑ups).
• Fluent in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
