Bilingual Executive Accountability Coach

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Executive Accountability Coach to work remotely with the CEO of a growing landscaping company. This freelance position focuses on driving CEO accountability, strategic focus, and disciplined execution through a structured weekly engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a 45‑minute Zoom session each week with a fixed agenda: review prior commitments, set the top three priorities for the coming week, and ask a challenging question.
• Own the entire accountability system: send calendar invites, maintain a commitment log, and deliver a short mid‑week reminder.
• Challenge new ideas by checking alignment with the CEO’s 12‑month priorities.
• Conclude each session with a 10‑minute conversation in Spanish to support language learning.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker from Latin America with fully fluent spoken English.
• Strong business background (e.g., former operator, manager, consultant, chief of staff, MBA, or coach) and excellent judgment.
• Highly organized, consistent, and able to keep spreadsheets up‑to‑date.
• Direct yet warm communication style that delivers accountability respectfully.
• Enjoyable conversational partner – chemistry matters for a weekly relationship.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $30–$60 USD, paid monthly as an independent contractor.
• Approximately 1.5 hours per week total commitment.
