Bilingual Detox Nurse (English/Spanish)

About the role

CRI-Help is seeking a dedicated Detox Nurse who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our 24/7 substance use disorder treatment facility in Hollywood. You will play a critical role in monitoring client health, administering medications, and supporting the detoxification process from admission through discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess clients throughout the detoxification process.
• Provide nursing care during pre‑admission, admission, treatment, and discharge phases.
• Receive and transcribe physician orders into client charts.
• Observe client self‑administration of medications and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens.
• Assess medication reactions and document any adverse effects.
• Assist in medically clearing clients for various levels of care and activities.
• Review medication logs, conduct utilization reviews with payers, and maintain billing productivity.
• Measure vital signs, complete documentation, and generate incident reports.

Required profile

• Current RN license with experience in detox or substance‑use settings.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
