Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of call‑center representatives for Spectrum, a brand of Charter Communications. The role is based in the United States and focuses on delivering high‑quality support to our business customers while fostering a collaborative and results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and hold accountable a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, conduct performance reviews and develop staff skills.
• Mentor and coach individuals to ensure consistent service standards and an enhanced customer experience.
• Handle complex customer issues, guide the team in problem‑solving and develop actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align service processes with company objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma with some college coursework in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, adaptability and dependability.
• Knowledge of customer‑relations functions, product and service offerings, and basic accounting/billing procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Experience using a cable billing system or similar billing software.
