Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Canon Canada Inc. is seeking a bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. You will handle inbound calls and emails, update customer information, and ensure field technicians have the details they need to deliver top‑notch service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails courteously and promptly.
• Investigate issues, determine appropriate actions, and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate account records in the CCTS database.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and departmental processes.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to the manager and assist with special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong “customer first” attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• High ethical standards and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with using a database system (CCTS) to update customer information.
