Bilingual Customer Project Manager – Connected Care (Quebec)

About the role

Philips Connected Care is looking for a bilingual Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of patient monitoring and therapeutic care solutions in Quebec. The role is remote‑based with up to 50 % travel to client sites and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans using Philips’ project‑management methodology, including work breakdown structure, change, communication, risk, stakeholder and resource plans.
• Coordinate, lead and motivate a cross‑functional team of commercial, clinical and technical resources, both internal and external.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders and third‑party vendors, providing regular updates and conducting project meetings as defined in the plan.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical and technical teams during the pre‑sales phase to define feasible solutions that meet client expectations.
• Manage project forecasts, inventory, timelines, revenue recognition and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of project‑management experience, preferably in healthcare or technology environments (e.g., health‑IT, patient monitoring, integration, software development).
• Strong written and spoken French communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and other standardized project‑management tools.
