Bilingual Customer Account Specialist (English/French)

About the role

Michelin is seeking a bilingual English/French Customer Account Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end operational relationship with our customers and partners. Based at our Greenville, SC headquarters, you will ensure accurate forecasting, order execution, logistics coordination and timely resolution of customer requests.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse customers' short‑term forecast requirements and propose sales forecasts.
• Alert relevant parties to major variations in forecasts and manage order commitments.
• Record, commit and optimise customer orders, proposing product alternatives when shortages occur.
• Coordinate deliveries, manage advanced stock levels and detect stock variances.
• Organise transport, handle journey tracking and prepare documentation for invoicing and customs.
• Monitor order execution, liaise with partners and proactively inform customers of any delays.
• Manually plan non‑automated orders in line with customer commitments.
• Capture and resolve customer requests and claims related to physical, value or quality issues.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
