Bilingual Computer Field Service Technician – Miami Dade & Broward

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Computer Field Service Technician to provide on‑site hardware and network support for our customers in Miami‑Dade and Broward counties. The role involves traveling to client locations, diagnosing issues, and delivering class‑A customer service while working closely with our help‑desk team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, repair, and maintenance of computers, phones, printers, scanners, and handheld barcode devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, software crashes, hard‑drive problems, and Layer‑1 network connectivity issues.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot handheld and barcode scanners.
• Coordinate appointments, manage schedule conflicts, and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to share information and ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience providing desktop and network support.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Software support and operating‑system troubleshooting.
• Network Layer‑1 connectivity troubleshooting.
• Handheld and barcode scanner configuration and troubleshooting.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification (preferred).
