Bilingual Community Manager (English‑Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager who can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping content that connects hearts and builds a vibrant online community for our immigration law firm. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and data‑driven optimisation across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business Suite), TikTok Studio, LinkedIn and YouTube at least 14 days in advance, ensuring alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
• Design and execute a multichannel content strategy aimed at driving conversions, fostering community loyalty and enhancing the firm’s digital reputation.
• Generate content ideas for the creative team, document formats, visual references, target platforms and track each concept through to publication.
• Analyse social media trends, audience behaviour, competitor activity and industry best practices every two weeks to propose high‑impact content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to meet editorial deadlines, escalating blockers as needed.
• Monitor key performance metrics for each channel and provide regular reports with data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media and digital community management.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong writing, storytelling and digital communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using TikTok Studio.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube publishing tools.
• Knowledge of Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work with Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools.
