Bilingual Client Trainer – Implementation (English/French)

About the role

MEDITECH is seeking a bilingual Client Trainer to lead the implementation and training of its Enterprise Health Record (EHR) system across the United States and Canada. You will work closely with clinicians and financial professionals, helping them adopt and maximize the use of the fully‑integrated EHR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical or financial software implementation projects to ensure successful go‑live.
• Lead training sessions and oversee the installation of the EHR at client sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with MEDITECH staff across multiple applications and provide customer service and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with programmer analysts to resolve technical issues and process system enhancement requests.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and online project tracking records.
• Travel 50‑75% of the time to client locations throughout the US and Canada.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or 2‑3 years of relevant work or military experience.
• Fluency in both English and French Canadian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Project management abilities and the capacity to multitask across diverse teams.
