Bilingual Care Coordinator (Spanish & English) – Remote

About the role

SnappyCX is seeking a Bilingual Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based healthcare client. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in Colombia, requiring fluent communication in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between patients, families, providers, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Schedule appointments, follow‑ups, and manage day‑to‑day patient coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient information in EHR/EMR systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups with patients.
• Process referrals, verify insurance eligibility, and assist with prior authorizations.
• Escalate urgent concerns, service delays, or care gaps to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare organization or medical practice.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in patient coordination, medical administration, scheduling, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and remote workspace.
