Bilingual Business Development Associate (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Business Development Associate who will support our English‑ and French‑speaking clients on the ISN contractor and supplier platform. The role starts in customer service, providing a foundation for future B2B sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist English and French customers via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound inquiries and deliver proactive support.
• Troubleshoot platform, account and compliance issues.
• Build trust and strong relationships with clients.
• Learn how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on retention and engagement.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Interest in moving from customer service to B2B sales within 12‑24 months.
• Willingness to work onsite at least three days per week.
• Authorization to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.
