Bidding Solutions Manager – Healthcare Market Research

About the role

We are looking for a Bidding Solutions Manager to build trusted relationships with internal teams and global customers in the healthcare market‑research space. Based in Princeton, NJ, you will use our proprietary quoting system to create high‑impact proposals, assess project feasibility, and manage the costing and framing of each bid.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the communication hub between internal sales teams, operations, and clients for bid requests and updates.
• Generate and draft bid proposals in response to client inquiries, coordinating sample design and business considerations.
• Gather country‑specific healthcare data to inform client targeting and study expectations.
• Contact and negotiate with panel vendors worldwide, reviewing specifications and pricing.
• Lead project kickoff calls, plan timelines, and resolve issues throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Support senior commercial staff in managing both new and existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in an account‑management or related commercial role.
• Strong mathematical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solid understanding of budgeting and costing.
• Ability to handle escalations and complex project specifications.
