BI Data Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst designs, develops, and maintains data models, visualizations, and reporting solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable BI assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI datasets, data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations for all departments.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions using BI tools, Python scripts, or Excel/VBA reports.
• Extract, transform, and model transactional data from ERP systems into analytical structures, including QVD files.
• Define optimal layout and presentation of key performance metrics in self‑service dashboards.
• Partner with IT to establish security standards for BI applications and sensitive data files.
• Promote best practices for data modeling, visualization, and data accuracy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data modeling, or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and reliable organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
