Beverage Supervisor - Xfinity Center

About the role

The Beverage Supervisor directs all activities of the beverage department at the Xfinity Center. Legends Global is a hospitality agency serving professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention clients, with over 300 years of combined experience in sales, sponsorship, analytics, hospitality and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department and provide its overall operational and financial responsibility
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for, and monitor inventory and pricing daily
• Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
• Work with the Purchasing Manager on beverage orders and develop the drink menu
• Develop and run beverage training for the F&B team, including state and local beverage laws and regulations
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximise profits
• Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees, following safety policies and reporting incidents through the company's risk management system

Required profile

• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• College degree preferred; Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• English reading, speaking and writing ability
• Punctual, dependable, able to work independently or in a team and to delegate duties

Pay rate: $18-$22 per hour.
