Beverage Supervisor - Allianz Amphitheater

About the role

The Beverage Supervisor directs all activities of the beverage department at the Allianz Amphitheater in Richmond. Legends Global is a hospitality agency serving brands across professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department and provide its overall operational and financial responsibility
• Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximise profits through excellent customer service
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for, and monitor inventory and pricing daily for changes to bar menus
• Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
• Develop and institute beverage training for the F&B team, including state and local beverage laws and regulations
• Work with the Purchasing Manager on beverage orders and develop the drink menu
• Follow and encourage the team to follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, complete safety training and report incidents in the risk management system

Required profile

• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• College degree preferred; Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Ability to work independently or in a team, make quick decisions, delegate duties and stay calm under pressure
• Punctual, dependable, well-groomed and able to read, speak and write English
