Bellrista (Beverage Champion) - Live Más Café

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Bellrista for its new Live Más Café in Brea, CA. The Live Más Café offers specialty drinks such as Churro Chillers, Agua Refrescas, Baja Blast-infused creations and specialty coffees. The Bellrista spends about half their time on beverage production and half on hospitality and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive orders, process sales and handle customer issues
• Craft coffee and specialty beverages to company standards
• Maintain, calibrate and clean equipment, and manage the beverage area
• Guide customers through the menu and recommend favorites
• Follow drink recipes precisely in a fast-paced environment
• Keep the workplace clean and safe according to Labor Board and OSHA standards
• Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels
• Promote recognition and motivate the team

Required profile

• At least 16 years old
• Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change, and basic math skills
• Completion of training certification

Required skills

• Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
• Strong multitasking, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
