BDR Manager

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations. As outbound becomes a primary growth lever, we need a BDR Manager to design and run the outbound engine that fuels our sales pipeline. You will lead a team of SDRs, shape outreach sequences, and collaborate closely with AEs and founders to define our go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop a high‑performing SDR team focused on outbound prospecting to IT leaders, heads of operations, and CIOs at high‑growth companies.
• Design and own the outbound motion, including ICP targeting, sequencing strategy, channel mix, and messaging.
• Coach SDRs through call reviews, live ride‑alongs, and regular 1:1s to sharpen discovery, objection handling, and commercial instincts.
• Set clear metrics (meetings booked, show rate, pipeline contribution) and hold the team accountable.
• Partner with AEs for seamless handoffs and fast feedback loops.
• Coordinate with marketing to align outbound efforts with campaigns and events.
• Maintain and optimize the SDR tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Report pipeline health and SDR performance to the head of sales and founders.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience managing or leading an SDR or BDR team.
• Proven ability to build scalable outbound processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
