About the role

Renuity is seeking a Bath Installer to join its field team in Phoenix. You will work on residential projects, installing Kohler bathroom products and ensuring each job meets the company’s high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of Kohler bathroom fixtures in homes.
• Represent Renuity and its clients, completing jobs on schedule.
• Accurately document work, submit required paperwork and photos.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on each job site.

Required profile

• Carpentry experience with a solid understanding of the trade.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow installation guidelines.
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or home‑improvement (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
