Bath Install Associate – Houston

About the role

Join Renuity’s field team in Houston as a Bath Install Associate. You will work alongside a Lead Installer to deliver high‑quality bathroom remodels and other home improvement projects, ensuring a smooth, stress‑free experience for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer in installing bath and other remodeling products.
• Set up job sites according to the Lead Installer’s guidelines.
• Perform cleanup to leave the site tidy after installation.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at project completion to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at the end of the job.
• Handle paperwork, collect final payment, and treat each homeowner and property with respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in bath installation, remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 75 lb.
• Own hand tools and a DOT Health Card.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
