About the role

The Golf House Barista at Atlantic Fields Club creates memorable coffee experiences for members and guests. This onsite position blends expert coffee craftsmanship with genuine hospitality, setting the tone for each day’s service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods and seasonal menus.
• Operate, care for, and maintain espresso machines, milk frothers, grinders, matcha tools and other specialty equipment.
• Engage with members and guests, offering personalized beverage recommendations and processing transactions via the TEI POS system.
• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, teas, smoothies and seasonal specialties following club standards.
• Curate signature Golf House beverages using locally sourced ingredients.
• Support bar operations during club events and special activations.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and food‑safety compliance at the bar station.
• Manage daily inventory, restocking and rotation of supplies.
• Complete opening and closing duties to ready the Golf House for the first tee time.

Required profile

• Prior barista or café experience preferred; specialty coffee knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food‑safety standards.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.
