Bakery Production Worker

About the role

The Bakery Production Worker joins Aramark’s food services team, rotating through key production tasks such as filling, wrapping, and packaging baked goods while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise a continuous production line, handling filler and wrapper machines, packing and stacking boxes.
• Visually inspect products for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
• Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or managers.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures, including OSHA and Aramark policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and protect company and client assets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in bakery production or a related manufacturing role (preferred).
• Validated knowledge of bakery production methods, standards, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand motions throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
