About the role

As a Backwaiter at Boqueria, you will ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly and professionally, supporting a smooth dining experience for guests. You will work alongside the service team to maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and uphold Boqueria’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant perimeter.
• Assist servers by delivering food and drinks when needed.
• Support the team in keeping the restaurant organized during busy periods.
• Follow Boqueria’s service standards and health‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Understanding of basic restaurant operations and service flow.
• Conversational English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a sense of humor.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and tasks.
• At least 18 years of age.
