About the role

Infosys is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on delivering cloud‑based solutions, supporting the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring high‑quality, reliable applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications, and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support software performance enhancements.
• Assist in integrating new software features and ensure smooth transitions within existing infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, providing prompt issue resolution and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
