About the role

Infosys is seeking an AWS Java Full Stack Engineer to join its Financial Services unit. You will work on digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Write and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify the codebase and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth application adoption.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities for knowledge sharing.
