AWS GTM Partnership Lead – Public Sector & Nonprofits

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a leader to drive the go‑to‑market partnership motion for public sector and nonprofit customers through AWS. The role will shape how Anthropic’s Claude AI reaches government agencies, educational institutions and mission‑driven organisations by coordinating three ecosystems: Anthropic, AWS public‑sector partners and the partners’ AWS practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GTM strategy for public sector and nonprofit partnerships via AWS, including co‑selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment‑specific plays.
• Own forecasting, pipeline development and revenue targets for partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced business.
• Design commercial mechanics such as deal registration, marketplace program structure, procurement and contract vehicle alignment.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across AWS’s public sector partner organization and partner AWS practice leadership.
• Collaborate with partners to create repeatable, mission‑specific solutions built on Claude and enable delivery capability for public sector and nonprofit customers.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Anthropic’s alliances, public sector sales, partner marketing, policy and regional cloud teams to ensure consistent execution.
