AVP, Finance & Corporate Controller

About the role

Autism Care Partners is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller to join its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will oversee accounting, controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and operational finance across a multi‑state, multi‑entity organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted financial partner, turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, consolidated reporting, variance analysis and internal reporting for multiple entities and states.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario planning aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Partner with operations and clinical leaders on service‑line profitability, capacity planning and cost drivers.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and other finance partners.
• Collaborate with Analytics to deliver accurate, decision‑ready financial dashboards and reports.
• Oversee operational finance functions such as insurance, vendor spend analysis, lease administration and risk management.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members across accounting, accounts payable and purchasing.
• Support special projects including strategic planning, board reporting, M&A due diligence and market expansion.

Required skills

• CPA certification (strongly preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
