About the role

Under the general supervision of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the Human Resources Assistant (Recruiter) will source and provide qualified candidates for manufacturing vacancies across all departments. The role includes coordinating the full recruitment cycle and supporting new hires during their onboarding period.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop cost‑effective sourcing strategies.
• Schedule medical and psychological examinations required for new hires.
• Review resumes, organize and conduct interviews, and create effective job advertisements using print media, internet and social networks.
• Follow up with newly hired staff during their first month to address concerns, reduce early turnover and guide them through the probation period.
• Recommend actions to lower absenteeism, turnover and voluntary resignations among hourly operational staff.
• Work with the Staffing Manager to continuously improve recruitment and hiring processes.
• Verify candidate background checks and references.
• Provide general office support and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior recruiters, supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
