Automation Equipment Operator

About the role

Walmart is seeking an Automation Equipment Operator to join its Supply Chain team at the Palestine, TX distribution center. In this full‑time, onsite position you will operate automated machinery that supports receiving, unloading, processing, order‑filling and shipping of freight.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automation equipment used in freight handling.
• Receive inbound shipments, unload pallets, and verify quantities.
• Process items through sorting and order‑filling stations.
• Prepare and stage outbound orders for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work full‑time shifts, including weekday (2nd shift) and weekend (4th shift) schedules.
• Ability to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, and move freight as needed.
