Autolog Operator

About the role

The Autolog Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Autolog system on the production floor. This position works a 6:45 am – 5:15 pm shift, Monday through Thursday, in a manufacturing environment where safety and data accuracy are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Autolog system, learning new procedures as needed.
• Track, document, and report production data and any workforce issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep.
• Follow all safety guidelines, act as a role model for zero‑injury culture, and stop unsafe work activities.
• Identify safety hazards and take immediate corrective action or escalate appropriately.
• Maintain plant, property, and equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Effective communication skills with coworkers.
• Ability to use calipers and a circular saw.
• General knowledge of the Autolog system or willingness to learn.
• Strong attendance, safe work habits, and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work core hours in a non‑temperature‑controlled, dusty manufacturing setting.
