Auditor – Audit & Assurance Professional

About the role

We are a growing CPA and Business Advisory firm seeking motivated Audit & Assurance professionals to join our New Jersey office. This role offers hands‑on client exposure, mentorship, and a clear path for long‑term career growth within public accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit, review, and assurance engagements for a diverse client base.
• Prepare financial statements and detailed workpapers.
• Assist with testing procedures, reconciliations, and risk assessments.
• Work directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver high‑quality results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification or CPA‑track status preferred.
• 1–5+ years of public‑accounting audit experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
