We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a fast‑growing, respected accounting firm in Charlotte. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, balancing high‑impact work with a supportive environment that values work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and firm policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Active CPA license.
