Audit Intern – Summer 2027 – Las Vegas

About the role

As an Audit Intern at PwC in Las Vegas, you will join the Assurance practice, supporting financial statement audits and gaining hands‑on experience with audit methodologies. The summer 2027 internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will observe and contribute to client engagements while developing a foundation in audit and assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit teams in planning and executing financial statement audits.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying trends for client decision‑making.
• Document audit procedures, findings, and workpapers in an organized manner.
• Apply GAAP and GAAS principles to audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to assess internal controls and risk factors.
• Utilize basic data‑analysis techniques to enhance audit quality.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• In the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program at the time of application.
