About the role

As an Audit Associate at PwC in Minneapolis, you will join the Assurance practice to perform financial statement audits that support transparent and reliable financial reporting. This position is designed for the Summer/Fall 2027 period and offers exposure to client engagements, professional development, and the chance to build meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial documents and internal controls.
• Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Utilize data analysis to identify financial trends and provide insights.
• Collaborate with team members to address audit findings and develop solutions.
• Document audit processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support client communication and address inquiries promptly.
• Participate in project management tasks to meet audit timelines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• Entry‑level candidate in the final academic year or recent graduate.
