About the role

Join PwC’s Assurance practice in Philadelphia as an Audit Associate for the Summer/Fall 2027 term. You will work on financial statement audits, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and improve the transparency of their reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with GAAS.
• Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial documents and internal controls.
• Review and verify financial records for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
• Collaborate with team members to address audit findings and develop solutions.
• Document audit processes to improve efficiency.
• Support client communication and address inquiries.
• Participate in project management tasks to meet audit timelines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Near completion of final academic year or recent graduate.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Familiarity with auditing methodologies.
• Data analysis and interpretation abilities.
