Audiobook Production Assistant

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Audiobook Production Assistant to support the end‑to‑end creation of audiobooks. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will act as the liaison between authors, narrators and distributors, ensuring each project meets our quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Audiobook Manager with production timelines and deliverables.
- Upload and organize audio files for distribution on platforms such as ACX, Voices by InAudio and Spotify.
- Communicate project status with authors and narrators.
- Coordinate with publishing and distribution teams to align audiobook releases with print and ebook versions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in HubSpot and ensure timely updates.
Required profile
- Experience with audiobook production or familiarity with platforms like ACX, Voices by InAudio, or Spotify for Authors.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
